If you get into an accident or are injured and need an attorney DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! Dan Newlin is the place to go. My wife was in an accident on March 12th where somebody lost control of their vehicle, hit a light pole and it fell on her breaking her arm in 2 places and needing surgery in both. We actually went through 2 attorneys before settling with Dan Newlin, and more specifically Dustin Smith. Dustin did an AMAZING job. He had our backs the entire way and got the job done not only as fast as possible but also got us as much as he possibly could with the insurance. Again, if you are looking for an accident or injury attorney you can stop looking now and call Dan Newlin and I would ask specifically if Dustin Smith can take your case. I cannot say enough words to justify what he has done for us during this horrible time in our life. He will fight for you as if he was fighting for his own family, I promise you that! And also his legal assistant Jessica was very efficient at getting everything we needed done or getting stuff to us. Just an amazing job all around!
