Steve Casanova is an exceptional trial lawyer. He is smart, talented, quick on his feet and knows how to talk to a jury. He is the consummate professional and does everything first class. He knows the law, is innovative in his approach and his legal research is second to none. He is worth every penny. The way I look at it is you can either have a cheap lawyer or a great lawyer--after all if you needed brain surgery would you hire the cheapest brain surgeon you can find or would you hire the best. Hire Steve--hire the best!

This guy wanted me to plea bargain my case right at the first consultation with him for a misdemeanor. Lucky I found an attorney that looked at my case and fought very well for me and my case got dismissed. My case was very simple and Mr. Casanova was already giving up before any ink hit the paper AND the lawyer I hired was much cheaper and even made a payment plan for me. Stay away from this guy he will sell you out quick.

I originally spoke over the phone with the paralegal, and she took the time to explain the entire process. She was very knowledgeable and put my mind to ease. I've been using Steve for nearly 15 years. At this stage in the game I would consider him more of a friend. Couldn't ask for a more kind, understanding, and caring individual, and all this while still being very knowledgeable and effective and his job. I have had extensive experience with criminal defense attorneys (from $1,000 attorneys all the way up to the $100,000 attorneys) and can attest that Mr. Casanova is the best in town. He and his staff are top-notch. Mr. Casanova will hold your hand when you need it, but "tell you how it is!" It's rare to find such an honest attorney, especially one who is so talented. He is not a "bottom dollar" attorney, but his pricing is more fair than anyone in town, and he will not take advantage of you in your time of need like most attorneys in Brevard. He is highly respected by the state attorney's office, and is able to negotiate faborable resolutions, but this guy is darn-sure ready to go the distance when you have a strong case.
