Great atto

These three attorneys are professional and personable. They did an outstanding job on my case and the outcome was more than I ever expected. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help. They also have an exceptional person that helps them in their office. I am sure they rely on her for many aspects of their day to day organization. My son was facing the fight of his life , he was charged with capital murder and the only sentences he could receive was natural life or death, my family was in a real battle and needless to say you lose faith and hope but GOD sent us Keith and he knew he had a up hill battle however; he never lied nor did he give false hope but he did promise he would stand on the front line and stay focus on not me, but his client, my son, the person within the fight not on the side line. Keith spoke with my son and promised him , he and the rest of the firm would stand on the front line and do everything to bring him home! I remember the phone call from the firm letting me know my son would be able to come home against all odds, the victim's family which by the way was one of the same did not want him to ever get out nor be given a plea under no circumstance even if it was 99 years. This was no ordinary fight and yet Keith stayed on the front line not backing down keeping his focus and whatever came his way he battled it over and over again! Keith is forever apart of my family and yes! MY SON IS COMING HOME! PS My advice before choosing a lawyer you see on TV or on the news because he like to be under the bright lights, like to be seen, instead chose a lawyer that no one sees coming (Keith). Remember real stars shines brighter at night in the dark although they exist in the daylight.

During a hard time my family turned to this team, who exhibited HONESTY , compassion and professionalism.Unlike other firms they spoke with stern empathy and made us clearly aware of our situation, our journey to come and our options. Please do not use this law firm. They tricked me into believing they could handle my son’s case because when I was calling around to different law firms, they actually went to the jail and visited him and then told me that they wouldn’t take his case unless they could win. But what actually happened is they let him sit in jail for many months, and then in rehab for many months after that, and at the end, they told him just to plead guilty. They did absolutely nothing. I paid them $12,000 to do nothing. All they care about is the money that is coming in. They don’t care about the clients at all. Save yourself some money. Don’t hire them.

This law firm saved my life. I was looking at a felony charge. Penalty, 20 to 30 years. I was innocent of the charge. I did not know what to do. If I had gone into court with a "public defender," I would be in prison right now. Mr. Funk and his firm looked at my case and told me they could help. I never went to court after my first appearance. A few weeks later, I got a call from Mr. Funk. He personally congratulated me that they had the charge dropped. Well, they should be congratulated.
