After being bullied and intimidated by my ex for years, I reached a breaking point and decided to consult Attorney Figueroa as my legal council. It was a decision that I do not that regret. Attorney Figueroa and her team came to my defense and stopped all the unwarranted harassment. From start to finish, I got the most professional treatment. I was explained from the start what the process would be and given updates all along the way. While doing so, attorney Figueroa gave the father of my child the benefit to prove him and in doing so looked out for what was in the best interest of my child. In the end, I got the outcome that I wished for and I wouldn’t have been able to achieve this outcome on my own.

I was in a battle for my children with an ex-husband with a bottomless wallet & the best attorney in his town. Well, I got the best attorney in my town with Diana. She listened, referenced law books, looked over all the documents I took to her (a few inches thick) and we hired her. She always stayed in touch and now our kids are our kids. My ex-husband has NO rights to the children. It's as if he never existed.
