Upon being represented by another attorney for nearly a year, mid-case, I was forced to terminate her and hire Chuck Dorfman. *I preface this information to display that my "divorce experience" has allowed me to know the difference in representation. Not only did he absorb himself into the details of my case, he was beyond professional. He paid close attention to every detail, in every topic, (playing "catch up" with former mediation details), to ongoing unfortunate circumstances relating to issues associated with our children. My case resulted (in one of the few) that landed in a multi-day trial in Court. Mr. Dorfman negotiated on my behalf to avoid trial, but also stood by the best interests of myself and our children. In trial, he focused on the factual evidence, and presented documentation/evidence that displayed the truth.
