Mr. Herbert really helped me when I was in a bind with transferring a car title after I had received poor legal advice from less informed attorney. He went above and beyond to research for me and I was able to successfully bring the paperwork he provided to the tax office and able to do the transaction. Without his knowledge and support I would not have been able to swiftly complete the transaction.
