Can't say enough for Ben and his staff. They get the job done and done right. Marilyn is fantastic. She is a huge asset to the office, and is one of the nicest person I know. I struggled for years with my divorce and in less than 6 months Ben and his team had it done. Only wish I had gone to him first. Save yourself a ton of time and money and go see Ben.

I can't say enough good things about this Attorney. Mr Saxon has been there for me for many years. He has handled little problems to larger ones for me. Mr Saxon has always gave full attention to what ever the problem was.Mr Saxon is the only attorney i want standing in my corner. $20K+ later I still didnt have a divorce settled. I ended up doing it myself through the magistrate office for about $50.00! Seemed unprepared and unconcerned. This was around 5 years ago maybe things have improved. But I would never hire this attorny again. Just to be clear I am refering to Saxon III

I have personally know Benjamin Saxon III and his extended family for over 20 years. I have found him to be fair, honest and professional. I know multiple of his past clients, and all have the same opinion as I. I have referred many friends and a few family members to him, and will continue to do so. There is no reason that I wouldn't.

I Would highly recommend Mr. Saxon! When I was young and dumb Mr. Saxon represented me in a traffic accident case where it was alleged it was my fault. He got it thrown out faster than you can drive through a McDonald's for a cheeseburger! Fast foward 20 yrs. Later. My wife of 10 years tells me she loves me but is no longer IN love w me!? Here's the good part! I spoke w Mr. Saxon before i got married. Ben recommended a pre-nup! If your are reading this i hope you have one! Anyway, we had 3 children! My "soon" to b ex decided that i would only be able to see my kids 1 weekend a month! Ben and his team made sure i had shared custody 50/50.for 3 yrs. Until we ultimately won in family court! Love my kids! And they deserve a father, not a check! My phone calls and questions were always answered by his awesome staff, right away! I have even called on a sunday! And got a call back.! One walk through the courthouse w him and you too will see how respected he is by his colleagues; and in the courtroom he's all business fighting for you! Thank you Ben, Taylor, Marilyn and Pat! Sorry, but you will not see me in your office for that kind of matter AGAIN!!

Ben was the second attorney I hired for my divorce, he should have been my first! Prior counsel had my case going in the wrong direction, but Mr. Saxon quickly turned it around and brought sanity back to my life. He is very smart and a great listener, which was key to making my settlement what it turned out to be. He is a great lawyer and I would highly recommend him!

Mr. Saxon has violated the number one rule as an attorney at law. Client confidentiality is lawyer 101. He opened his big mouth and has caused a lot of trouble because once you ring the bel mr. I don’t know The consequence yet for doing something like this, possibly losing his license in the state. This has yet to be seen because a formal complaint has yet to be filed but it will be. As an attorney, Mr. Saxon is required to keep a lot of information completely private and he has broken this rule heavily. Obviously I can’t go into details on this site but he knows what he’s done and there will be consequences legally.

Mr.Saxon has represented me on many occasions and always took great care of me. Thank you Ben.
