I will always hire Geoffrey Golub for all of my legal needs. In the past, Mr. Golub had resolved an interstate commerce situation, a large HOA lawsuit, traffic ticket and negotiated a legal jam I was in into an agreement. I have had Mr. Golub represent me in 3 minor criminal cases in the past 5 years. In each case my charges were dismissed. It is my most recent case in particular, which exemplifies exactly why Mr. Golub is such an outstanding lawyer. So much so, that I feel compelled to share my experience. I was charged with a DUI. After my arrest and after doing my own research, I learned that my arresting officer is one of the most highly decorated FHP in the state. He has been amongst the top 10 officers in FL in terms of number of DUI arrests made, year after year. Apparently, he has never lost a case. Mr. Golub quickly realized that this highly experienced and decorated officer had made a bad traffic stop. In spite of an overzealous prosecutor and an arresting officer that desperately wanted to maintain his unblemished record of convictions, Mr. Golub and his team, including his legal researcher and right hand man Joe Aiello, and Chris Kiesel, his hand picked private investigator who is the most detailed and meticulous former LEO you have ever met, worked tirelessly and through delay after delay to make my case. My charges were eventually dropped. Not reduced to a lesser charge, but dropped. I can not say enough about Mr. Golub’s knowledge of the law, his sensibility and non wavering commitment to my case and how he made sure justice was carried out. His direct, low key demeanor and temperament have always proven to be quite effective and persuasive and I do not hesitate to give him the highest possible endorsement and recommendation. There is no better choice for legal representation in Brevard County. On a personal note, Mr. Golub is an avid baseball fan and maintains a meticulous collection of memorabilia in his office, in homage to his favorite player. To draw an analogy, a baseball player can go to the Hall of Fame by batting .300 which means he has failed 70% of the time. Well Mr. Golub is batting 1.000 with me and is in my Hall of Fame of legal representation.

I retained Geoff Golub on a criminal charge last month where I was falsely accused of a drug charge which also created a landlord-tenant issue. Mr. Golub was able to get the drug case thrown out. When my apartment complex tried to evict me because of the charge, Mr. Golub went to court and was able to get that case dismissed as well. I highly recommend Geoff Golub for any legal issue you may have.
