My only regret is that I didn’t find Mr. Poe earlier in my divorce saga. After wasting much time and money on trial with a second rate hack, I was referred to Mike by an attorney friend. Mike’s professional handling of my case was in sharp contrast to my original attorney. He is smart, personable, very knowledgeable and was instrumental in settling the case. His billing practices are very fair – I highly recommend him.

They provided excellent service, demonstrating professionalism and personal attention to all details of my case. My needs were put first and I was treated as a friend rather than a number. I needed a divorce lawyer in Brevard County. He is the third and by far the best attorney that I hired. After our first consultation, which I believe is $185, I felt like my prayers were answered. I left a trust/retainer deposit with $2,200 with another attorney just to hire Michael. Why? Because he's the best. My punitive ex-husband tried to keep me from my children. 4 1/2 years of wasted time with different attorneys and I hired Michael in May of 2014 and by May of 2015 I was divorced! I had one trail while the case was going on and he is a true professional in the court room. He's highly respected by his peers. He answers phone calls, responds to situations, and is highly attentive during crisis. Call him. Pay the fee. Otherwise you may regret it. I know that I wouldn't want him on the other side.
