We are an Ace Hardware store. A customer left a locked pickup truck with the engine running with dogs inside. Somehow the truck went into gear, crossed the parking lot and drove through the front of the store. We filed a claim with the customer's insurance. The initial offer was ridiculous. I attempted to negotiate with the insurance company but was not able to get an offer that came close to paying for the damages. I contacted Nance Cacciatore and worked with Sam Cacciatore. After several rounds of negotiation, contacting the state insurance commission and starting procedures for a law suit the claim was settled with full restitution. Sam and his firm provided outstanding service. I highly recommend Nance Cacciatore for help with damage claims and negotiations with insurance companies. I was t-boned by an older lady who ran a red light in 2010, my car was totaled. We had a witness to the event. The lady had such good insurance that they sent a claim specialist to meet with me, tell me they were going to take care of me, not to worry etc. went over the details which included all details of the accident. She told me to go to Dr and send her the bills. Everyone I knew told me to go get an attorney, so of course trying to listen to "good advice" I solicited this law firm, they were very nice at first. And just on the fact I wasn't wearing my seatbelt they didn't want to ask for anything beyond bare minimal. Which wasn't enough to get proper care Nevermind the fact, that I wasn't ejected out of my seat, AND due to fault of the other driver the insurance company was already willing to help I completely with every ounce of my body regret not dealing with the WILLING insurance company and hiring this law firm instead. Why fill a review so late, I am feeling the pain in my wrists and my back that I received during that accident that I wasn't properly taken care of for. I even have scarring on my left wrist from the accident, again nothing a seatbelt would of stopped due to the nature of the crash. It would of been an easy slam dunk case. Yet here we are. Avoid at all costs. Ps. I appreciate the update and verifying this is a real case. Everything I said was true and what I was told. Here's a picture of the scar that. I went from getting help from the other drivers claim specialist, to getting no help from my attorney. Period. They rarely answered because my case wasn't worth their time. Worst experience I've ever had and I'll never forget it.
