Very nice staff and attorney was also nice. Didn't feel as if he was completely interested in the case or not. Not sure due to complexity/cost and or winability. Would have liked to have been asked more info.

I was falsely accused of domestic violence when covid first hit and i didn't get to go to court for a year and 3 months. I've never experienced anything like that before and I hope I never do again. But Brooke O'Sullivan was able to get me to a nolle prosequi without any evidence supporting me beside a few testimonials my ex made that didn't line up with one another, regarding my alleged assault upon her. I wasn't an easy client, I was living a nightmare. I am happy that it is finally over and i really do appreciate Brooke for all her efforts and sticking with me to the end. Thank you.

I would have given a negative 10 but this thing would not let me. This woman represented me years ago in a Jury Trial and because of her negligence and selling me out to the state prosecutor for money. I only felt it nessary to warn people..She did the same thing to Jeffrey Abramowski as well. Now he's gone for life and I had 15 years for a crime I never committed. I cautiously urge everyone to stay away from this lawyer. I lost my family because of her thirst to steal tax payer money. A fact which the state doesn't deny.My days of clearing my name are soon coming and Jeffrey as well. But please be cautioned by this lawyers actions.

Excellent results, won me my case with zero points

Ms. O’Sullivan was retained by a friend of mine for several tickets that he had received in Indian River County. As I was there at every court hearing that he had I have to say that I was overwhelmed by her ability to control the circumstances that transpired in the court room. Very impressive performance! An extremely strong woman who became aggressive and outspoken when needed and yet subtle and sweet when that was needed. Her ability to communicate and her intelligence displayed was amazing! There was no question in my mind as I watched her move through these cases that if I ever needed an attorney to represent me that she would be the one I would trust my future to.

Musca law assigned Brooke O'Sullivan to my case where I had 3 driving on suspended tickets within 3 months of which 1 of them occurred only 24 hours after being released from Martin county jail for another driving on suspended.
