Mr. Braxton got me into Brevard County Veterans Court for a DUI which didn’t accept DUI cases previously; until he got me in. All my charges were dismissed this was a second DUI case within 3 years. All charges dropped. Also the staff is excellent. Truly an Outstanding lawyer and second to none service.

Ashley Severance has represented me through a variety of situations. Whether it's writing up a small legal document or representing her client in the courtroom, Ashley is brilliant. She works quickly and charges clients reasonably. If you need to get in touch with her, she will actually return your phone call or email and she doesn't hide behind a secretary. She does not waste time or money like so many other family law attorneys. Ashley represents what all family law attorneys should strive to emulate.

Ashley Severance is a very effective and honest lawyer. She handled my case expertly and provided me with guidance on the case all along the way. She was a professor of family law at the local college and therefore is very up to date on the most current decisions of family law. I was really impressed with her knowledge and usage of case law to defend our positions in court. The case unfolded as she predicted which was impressive. She tells the client like it is and not just what she thinks you want to hear. As a Lawyer, she was very mindful with how my money was spent and consistently took a path that was financially favorable to me. This attention to cost is rare in an attorney. I was very satisfied and impressed with her work. I was able to keep a meaningful relationship with my son with the outcome of the case. I would wholly recommend her for anyone in the future for family law issues.

Blew over the limit. Got in touch with the firm and Mike ran me through everything I needed to do during each stage. I was accused of serving a minor a beer (after 35 years of bartending with a spotless record). I caught my mistake less than a minute, trying to retrieve the beer from the plant provided by the sting... however, the ATF could care less and wrote me up. Couldn't have asked for better representation in dealing with my DUI . Leo is amazing and always on top of everything . From the moment I first called until the very end she kept me informed and calm about the whole process. Mike is an incredible lawyer and was able to get my DUI dropped to reckless driving even after I failed my breathalyzer and field sobriety test . While no one wishes to find themselves in a child custody case, Mrs. Severance is a knowledgeable, trustworthy attorney who can guide you through the process. This lawyer extorts money out of her clients. She will tell you one price, then change it to another. And she doesn't provide the sufficient representation she's claiming. Definitely go somewhere else

(landing me in a tier II classification) & was charged my first DUI. Mike was able to knock it down to a reckless driving, giving me a best case scenario.
