Effective Efficient honest

I recently used Bart as a probate attorney. My father unexpectedly passed away and I had no idea how the probate process worked or really what to do. I called quite a few probate attorneys before finding Bart and they all said that it was going to be $10,000+ and it was going to take well over a year to finalize. I was like that is absolutely not what I’m looking for. I need someone reasonably priced and that could get the job done in a decent amount of time. THANKFULLY I found Bart! He had a flat fee of (if I remember correctly) ~$2,700 (my dad’s case was simple), the probate was finalized in LESS THAN TWO MONTHS, and he was so kind to meet with me on a Saturday morning even though he had personal plans that day. I currently live in GA and my father lived in Merritt Island, FL. With work going on it was very difficult for me to get down to FL during the week. Bart was also so kind and patient to thoroughly explain the entire probate process to me and really simplify it. He even tried to find ways to save me even more money! I highly recommend him. Probate can be very taxing on someone and to have an attorney that simplifies it and doesn’t charge an outrageous amount really helps make the process easier.

The secretary is a rude lazy worker. Sat there for 15 mins and was never acknowledged while she had a personal phone call and texted on her phone. I told her at 10:03 I had a 10am appointment and her response was it isn’t 10 o’clock yet. I left and Mr. Brinks tried to have me come back in but it was to late, he stated she didn’t work for him so I recommend her boss corrects this behavior. She caused Mr. Brinks to lose a customer and word of mouth does a lot.
