Thank you Bart Brink for the great experience assisting and gilding me with my fathers estate as it is one of the toughest things we go through in life, loosing a loved one. Aside from being professional Bart demonstrated great empathy towards my current situation and not only focused on my initial request he will provide and suggest several options available to you in order to facilitate the process. The case went over a year so of course you will want to be patient while keeping in contact with Bart making sure all is moving forward dotting i's and crossing t's tackling any speed bumps as they arise, keep in mind his name is well respected and this will keep him busy so your effort put forward will go along way in your favor. Though I live several counties away from his practice the entire experience flowed smoothly aside from requests from the courts or clerk but as far as his efforts you will be happy and satisfied with his professional prompt service.

I spoke to Bart once, and did as he instructed to proceed with my request. Then he ghosted me. Seriously Bart, just say you don't want to do something and stop wasting people's time. Really unprofessional.

What a terrible experience and treatment we received from Bart Brink. I hired this attorney in 2021 to draft a Power of Attorney for my elderly father. Initially, things seemed to be prompt and on track. In 2022 I reached out to him for a copy of the POA and he promptly replied the same day. However, when I reached out just recently for the original document, which we have never received, Mr. Brink went completely silent. Despite my numerous attempts through emails and voicemails, over the course of a month, there was no acknowledgment or reply. None whatsoever! I am out of the state of Florida, so I had to hire another attorney to contact him and get an answer for me. Imagine that. It's quite surprising; one would expect a higher level of communication and professionalism from someone in his position. A simple explanation would have sufficed, but dead silence? That's a terrible and disrespectful choice, Mr. Brink.

Absolutely horrible experience, my aunt paid Bart $20k up front to take care of an estate and this attorney totally stopped in the middle of the process. Bart will not return phone calls, messages or emails. Our only option at this point is now to contact the Bar Association and have them step in. We honestly wish Bart would just do the right thing and communicate with us and finish the job he started.

Bart prepared our living wills, trust, and associated paperwork a few years ago. We were pleased enough that are returning to him for updates and additional documents.

He is both professional and pleasant and he was able to breakdown and explain what we thought was a very convoluted and confusing legal situation. He worked diligently and thoroughly, not only with us but also with the title company which made the whole process a lot easier. What made the biggest difference was how timely his communications and responses were. He always either answered the phone or returned my phone calls or emails right away. My stress level was so high trying to navigate this process from afar and he really took the time to make sure he answered all of my questions.
