Do not take Arbitration / Case Plan. If you're the non-offending parent, go to trail. Do not allow an attorney to LIE to you and tell you, the Arbitration/case Plan is ""faster"" or better. Get ready to deal with LIERS in the courtroom and openly BIASED Judges. Brevard County has a small population, be careful with CONFLICT of INTEREST between Attorneys, judges, DCF workers...

I would like to take the time to say thank you to both attorney Watson and her assistant Jazmine, both of them were there whenever I needed any questions answered and keeping me informed all the way to the end. I had a unique situation in the fact that i’ve been waiting to be able to file for a divorce for a very long time, but due to continued financial constraints, it took me several years to finally be able to follow through with a divorce. The other party never responded to any correspondence sent, which was no surprise to me. Attorney Watson was very compassionate, empathetic and understanding to me and my situation along the way and for that I will be forever grateful!
