Roxana is an angel, but shows no fear when negotiating on your behalf. She is so thorough in what she does for you. She discovered a problem from 11 years ago, that I was unaware of. She fought relentlessly on my behalf to bring a resolution to that problem, and I was able to close on my house. 5 stars is not a high enough rating for what she and her team does.
