The communication was not good at all for the first year and a half of my case (yes, it has been 2 years so far). They changed the person handling my case countless times and didn't inform me about it. When I would reach out to my contact, I would hear nothing back for months, and then someone new would contact me and we had to basically start over. Sometimes biggest doesn't mean best.

Morgan & Morgan has obviously gotten way to large and has lost any personal touch with their clients. In my time with Morgan & Morgan I must have dealt with 5-6 different Paralegals and two different attorneys. No one seems to know what is going on when people change hands. I would never use them again or recommend them.
