Overall, this is a great hard fighting team but my disappointment lies in the fact that they gave up on me over miscommunication.... I work 3rd shift which is overnight so I sleep from 8am till at least 1pm. I told them this but they always called while I was sleeping early in the morning so I missed many calls. They took that as in me not communicating with them enough so they gave up....... My case is a VERY GOOD one that can net plenty of money for their firm...... I was both disappointed and hurt by their decision.......

I live in miami the accident was in miami yet they give you lawyers in naples and cape coral ,you will never speak to a lawyer its always a case manager most have no idea bout your case . Most are rude and will rarely return a phone call.they also dont discuss step by step process with the client on what to expect .i drove a 2022 toyota leased you would assume it would full coverage lawyer says we only had pip only medical coverage the clinic they send you to is a horrible 5 min machine massage and charge large amounts of money .your time there is money dont give your time or money to people . They dont have their brst interest in helping you . Morgan and morgan your fired .close my case my opinion you guys suck .do better

It has been the most horrible experience to work with Carla Upson ( case manager) and Loisis Denis ( attorney) apparently they have too many cases to respond several emails, calls and text I have been sending regarding my case. The lack of professionalism and attention is resulting in even possibly stopping my medical benefits through my own insurance, since they don’t even get in contact with them. Someone needs to work directly with this two employees and make sure they’re not doing the same to other people since they’re affecting the reputation of your company.
My experience has not been at all satisfactory, horrible customer service.
