Fake fake TV commercials don’t use this people, I’m deeply disappointed with my experience at Morgan & Morgan. When my sister was hit by an ambulance at the airport, we turned to them, influenced by their claims of being the ‘biggest and best’ law firm. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to those promises. After several months of back-and-forth, the firm settled for an outcome that was far from what we had hoped for, leaving us feeling let down and unsupported. Their advertising led us to believe we would be in the most capable hands, but the reality did not match our expectations. I would advise potential clients to carefully consider their options before choosing a law firm based on grandiose marketing claims alone.”
