I was new to the area and didn’t know who to call…..I fell for the commercials…a decision I have regretted ever since. I’m not sure how to “fire” this firm. Basically, to avoid a big story line, I called and they took my case right away. I docusigned agreement and gave ALL my information and answered their extensive questionnaire. I received 2 follow up calls from a “front case employees regarding the same. They wanted to obtain information that I had already given….twice…nothing new. I was eventually sent pre populated letters “from” my assigned case worker and a lawyer. Since, no one has returned my 8 phone messages, no one has contacted any of the providers that I am paying out of pocket for treatment/records, no one has contacted the witnesses (including my husband) that I have email and phone numbers, no one has contact the place of the event…… I AM NOT SURE IF I AM BEING REPRESENTED!! I call the “front desk” and requested my case be terminated and for them to send me any and all documents they may have….. they transferred me to another department that said they would be taken care of it….. that was a month ago. I’m not sure what to do at this point wait it out and see if and when anything ever happens or should I just go to a new lawyer and see if they can cancel my agreement and obtain my records any advice is greatly appreciated . Worst experience ever dealing with Morgan and Morgan. I recommend seeking out different counsel.

Well, I never meant nobody was never in form. I have to send numerous texts, calls I had to get in touch with, supervisor to get information, because the assistant, never answer the phone , and then find out she doesn’t have my case no more I don’t recommend those people. I don’t even know how much was a settlement.
