I was referred to a specific attorney that I never spoke with. I nonetheless gave M&M a chance. Right from the beginning you never speak with an attorney, only a legal asst or case manager. Zero explanation of the many legal documents you are being asked to sign up with. What’s worse is when you ask for a meeting or just a phone call from an attorney, because you need real legal advice, you are shuffled around or completely ignored. We finally heard from a lawyer after we fired them. Too late M&M! This is a factory that doesn’t care. Definitely not for the people. Very impersonal. Don’t be fooled, find real lawyers that actually listen, explain and communicate with you. TV ads and size doesn’t really matter if you are ignored.
