It has been almost impossible over the last few weeks to talk with both my paralegal case manager Gabriella Nunez and my new counsel Nosh Pollock. I do not understand the trouble about this. I live in Kendale Lakes and they were chosen by M&M and not me way up in Plantation FL two counties away. My counsel has been Ignacio Segirola at Waterford Way in Miami. My paralegal case manager had been Sylvia Aguilar who parted ways with M&M in February and her replacement, Rosemary Chin, quit without without warning a couple of weeks ago leaving everything in limbo. I was told that I would have a new case manager assigned to me at Waterford Way two plus weeks ago and that she would reach out to me. That never happened Meanwhile, the CHUBB INSURANCE COMPANY had to be called by me the other day after I received a letter on Saturday telling me that if they had not heard from us by May 16, they would close their files. This cas even after I had sent copies of both letters sent to weeks apart by CHUBB,to Pollack and Nunez. What is going on at Morgan and Morgan? I have done all the legwork and have provided almost all the documentation to M&,M (except for 144 pages from Dr. Mouhanna s office that I paid $107.00 for) that show that Wellcare and Rawlings are wrongfully trying to claw back $3,802.82 that they are not entitled to even one cent of on my first case to which they have applied a lien. Are you folks representing my interests or not?

I don't receive updates. I have no idea where my case stands.
