I would never recommend Morgan & Morgan, they are definitely not for the people. They are very unprofessional started a consultation with 1 of there social security specialists and I stated my appeal was time sensitive in order to keep my benefits coming until the appeal decision was determined that my monthly check pays my rent. The minute I said my letter from social security ( notice of disability cessation) stated that I would receive my benefits thru August they immediately said that they can not take my case at this time because I'm still receiving benefits for 2 months. So they are definitely not 4 the people don't let there fancy saying we the people for the people catch ur attention because it is a lie if that was the case they would have taken my case so that I don't end up homeless on the streets when my benefits stop in September it's all about $$$$ for them not caring for the people.There saying should be We The People screw u the people. I did mark 1 star just 2 make sure this would post but they they don't deserve any star ratings a big fat 0. So if ur case is not worth big bucks don't waste ur time with Morgan & Morgan . Jared Ross is a phenomenal attorney representing Morgan and Morgan. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Personable as well. Highly recommend him and the firm Morgan and Morgan. They stand by their name “for the people”

Please don't choose this law firm. For the people is a lie!!!! They did the intake and after that you can't reach anyone. They pass your case on to a new case worker and don't even tell you. It's not for the people at all. Big law firms are a joke! Don't do it! I have never even spoken to a lawyer. 2 weeks and only 2 phone calls, intake and case manager and I can't reach anyone for help now. It's crazy!!!!! I was just left to feel alone, I had no clue as to what was happening. No help, no communication. Just terrible! Not for me! Not for the people! Please move on! I have, found someone else.

When Morgan Morgan said in his tv ad you have some Lawyers that need the money more then you he was right. He was speaking about his own attorney.Morgan Morgan took my money they ended up with more money then I. I felt like a victim all over again Dissatisfied!!

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. 0 stars. Don't believe the commercials. I absolutely 100% REGRET using Morgan and Morgan to handle my car accident claim. With that said- my claim has been handled through the Sarasota, FL office. My accident and hire of this firm was April 2022... case settled in January 2023, still waiting for close out of case in September 2023. The communication has been atrocious. My case was settled in Jan/ Feb 2023- in September 2023 I still have yet to see anything or any real communication. I have gone as far to email the man himself- John Morgan- to express my concerns- only to be bombarded by two back to back phone calls (first one I declined) on a Saturday afternoon while spending time with my family on Easter weekend to have my attorney- Peter Nelson- partly apologize, but mostly to give me every excuse as to why nothing had been resolved yet. I was told in written letter a week later that they'd be closing my case "soon." Close to 6 months later- still nothing, and nothing from Mr. Morgan himself, no apology, not even a pre-written letter, nothing. I have never even met with my attorney face to face to go over the case, even though we are both in the same county. My case manager- Hannah Schifner- seems to care less. My last reach out was roughly July 26 2023 asking for an update- almost 2 moths later- nothing. I haven't complained because I don't feel like having smoke blown up my backside again and hear every excuse as to why we are supposedly still waiting on 1 thing- to which we've been waiting 9 months. She has one time, on her own, reached out to me with a case update- only time was to tell me he insurance settled for the full amount. In January 2023. I am to far past being able to fire Morgan and Morgan- I should have when my gut told me to the first time I hadn't heard anything for months. If I can save ONE person from going through the turmoil of a car accident claim with this firm, this review is worth it. There's so much more that I've had to deal with with this firm, I just don't want to ramble. PLEASE do your research and don't go off in the heat of the moment and hire this firm because of the commercials and hype. This firm is far to large and doesn't care about you as a person or your financial fallout from dealing with an accident- they only care about the money you represent and will get your money to you when they see fit.
