I called 2 days ago was promised to get a call within 48 hours still no call. I feel as if they may be too big to give me a personal touch to my case. Everytime I call they don't seem to know who i am and wsnt to take my information again and again. Mr. Morgan i feel like a nobody when i call your office.

Wow, sooo commercialized BUT I ain't mad at them. No personal touch coming out the gate, believe my call was answered by a call center in China, Korea or similar (I'm serious). Would love to use the service but the experience just trying to get service is not what I'm willing to pay for. Looking for a more personal touch and assurance that I won't be tossed to and fro by folk not sure how to direct my call. Nothing personal, still like what M&M stands for.

They wasted my time and were unprofessional. I would not recommend calling them for a consult. I worked at and managed boutique law firms across the country and wrote briefs for the supreme Court. The way they handled the consult was simply low rent. There's a way to do things well, and then there's the way everyone else does things. They do it the way the mass of lawyers do it.
