Very kind customer service. But I never have good results with them. They always denied my claims. They're not what they put themselves out to be. On TV. There are many many attorneys offices, in the State of Florida, that a more accommodating. So sad so sad. Because their commercials are so heartwarming. And family friendly. But I don't think this to be true.
