Not sure how they have high ratings. It seems like the reviews i read about them not taking small cases is very true and it is also true that they do not care. Adrian was the consultant i spoke to and he yawned like 3 times on the phone while speaking to me and his tone of voice was very uninterested.

Very disappointed in Morgan and Morgan… Their commercials are very misleading saying they are for the people, and no case is too big or small… Not true! They are horrible at communication, I’ve been calling, emailing, texting and get no response. If you need representation, go somewhere else… maybe a smaller firm who will give you the time and attention needed, and actually cares about their clients.

I currently have an open case with Morgan and Morgan for a car accident, after being referred by someone who has worked with them in the past. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I have been calling, emailing, texting, leaving voicemails for two weeks now and the case manager Stephanie Thelemaque does not get back to me at all. It’s a shame because Morgan and Morgan is such a big firm and is so well know. Employees like that are tainting the company name.

I couldn’t believe how easy it was to contact Morgan & Morgan online . Filled out my info and short summary of my problems and they contacted me right away . So far so good 😊. Well after few days since my last review another person called me to say I don’t have a case . On person tells me I do and another that I don’t . They will take the case if it’s certain for them to win it
