A review is not good enough to describe Vivian Niebla. I truly mean that when it comes to this "Amazing" human being. She made a pretty crappy ordeal such as Probate for our lost loved ones, into something unexpected, you feel as if you made a friend, you feel like part of her family, and in my opinion, that is priceless..... I hope and pray that no one ever needs a "Probate Attorney", but if you do, this is a slam dunk no brainer, she is the best, very professional, extremely knowledgeable, always available to answer all of your 60 thousand questions, and lets be real, this process sucks, but she makes the entire process from beginning to end, "WORRY FREE". Vivian I do not know if you read these reviews, but if you do, here it goes, I hope you understand what you mean to this family, especially me, cause I truly did not believe you on our initial meeting, when you said that we had nothing to worry about, and you know what I stand corrected, not only was it worry free, but I feel like I gained a wonderful friend, and for everything you did for this family, you will forever be in our hearts and prayers. I am proud and honored to call Vivian Niebla not just my Attorney, but my friend.

After hiring the worst, most incompetent Miami lawyer, i was blessed to come across Vivian. From the first phone call we had, she was very informative. Once i signed retainer agreement, she worked on my case right away and got so many things done in a short amount of time. She went out of her way also to help me with other cases that were not in her jurisdiction, but pointed me in the right direction. I could not have asked for a more compassionate & intelligent attorney. I wish i would've hired her a long time ago, i would have saved money, time & headaches.

Vivian Niebla is the best probate attorney. She helped with my father’s estate when he passed away. I live out of state and the communication with Vivian was excellent. My father’s probate case was complicated with multiple attorneys involved. The case took over 2 years to resolve and Vivian was on top of each part.
