We live in Virginia, and my grandaunt in Miami passed away. The process took close to 3 years to complete the estate. I felt the process started out rough and slow with the lawyer that was assigned to my estate. That lawyer ended leaving the firm without any notice to us, and I was in somewhat of a surprise of the customer service she left us with. We got another lawyer assigned to the estate named Vivian, she was fantastic and communicated everything that was happening, and expediting everything to the end. I really felt a difference for the best when she started to handle the estate. Vivian is the lawyer who made my wife and I feel a lot better about the firm. Jerry was a big help and always tried to help with anything in his means. I am very happy to end this estate with Bryant Law firm on a good ending. Thank you, Vivian and Jerry.
