When I was first looking for help with my bike accident I really couldn't believe that a lawyer could have 100% 5 star reviews. But now I understand why. Brian and his team genuinely car for every single one of their clients. At every step of the process of resolving the claim for my accident Brian and his team have been incredible - from making sure I got proper treatment, through talking me through the claim process and what to expect, through the multiple stages of the claim they have always been there and always been friendly and professional. My calls are always returned. My emails answered. I can not thank them enough. If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident call Brian first.

My daughter was only 11 years old when her father was involved in a motorcycle accident with a vehicle belonging to the City of Los Angeles. David remained in a coma for over six months and died on my daughter's birthday from Traumatic Brain Injury. The evening of the accident, my brother gave me a number of an attorney he had heard about and told me to call immediately. I'm so glad I called that same night. BREIT, BREITER, BREITEST Finding Brian Breiter was like finding that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. He is an L.A. treasure in the world of litigation and personal injury. All of the reviews contained on this page are 100% right on and accurate and express all of my same sentiments. If I were to elaborate, I would only be "gushing", however, that is exactly what I would like to do. If you find yourself in that awful predicament of being in an auto collision (I use that description rather than "accident"), call Brian..asap. This guy is cool, calm, collected, caring, cohesive, and oh so focused! He slam-dunked my case is 3 months. About my case: the day after my birthday on Aug. 16th I made a completely legal, clean left turn, when this woman ran a red light and slammed into me so hard, she t-boned my car and made me spin out onto the sidewalk. Yep, my car was totaled. I had another attorney who didn't work out, and then I found Brian Breiter..the "man". I called him in October and met with him at his office around the middle of Oct. Fast forward to January 22, 2014, when Brian called to tell me that everything was settled and to drop by his office to pick up my check! All those doctor visits and physical therapy and aches and pains had been taken care of and now I had my settlement. I don't ever want to go through such an ordeal again, but if I do, the first call I make will be to Brian J. Breiter..The Breitest star on Wilshire Blvd. And let me strongly adivse anyone out there who has a similar unfortunate incident occur, don't hesitate, don't wait, pick up the phone and call BRIAN J. I have nothing but great things to say about Mark, Brian, and the rest of the team. They know exactly what they are doing, were incredibly professional, and most of all, they cared. I didn't have to bug them or even communicate much because they were upfront about the timeline and I knew they were taking care of things. I was involved in an accident with an out of state driver that resulted in me tearing my ACL and needing 2 different surgeries to fix it. He ran a stop sign and just didn't see me. After the first conversation with their insurance adjustor to be paid out for the total loss of my car, I knew it was going to be a pain dealing with them because they were bickering over the $100 or so that I wanted to replace my tinted windows. I started to imagine what it would be like dealing with them over the phone with 10s or 100s of thousands of dollars on the line. That's when I hired Mark and Brian to handle everything and that they did. I was rest assured knowing that the insurance company would respect that and their firm as they bring wrongful death cases to trail. Knowing that allowed me to focus 100% on the recovery and rehab. It took over 3.5 years for everything to settle and I'm confident in saying that they helped me receive quite a far larger settlement than I believe I would have been able to get on my own or elsewhere. They are the real deal. I feel privileged that they were able to work with me. They aren't some massive shop that just takes every case they can. They were responsive, strategic, smart, upfront, and not once did I feel like just another number. They cared about my health and treated me as a friend the entire way through. On October 27, 2015 my brother was killed in a tragic accident. He was riding his bike home from the beach. A semi with a shipping container was traveling the same way as he was, he was going under a bridge at the same time as the semi with the shipping container. As the semi made its way under the bridge the load was too high, the shipping container clipped the top of the bridge and fell onto my brother as he was riding his bike and killed him instantly. My brother was my everything, he was the only one left out of my immediate family. I’ll never forget the night, the coroner came to my house as soon as he introduced himself as the coroner I knew that my brother was dead. I remember all my family coming over that night and the next morning there was all different news vans sitting in front of my house channel 7 channel 9 channel 4.etc... they were pounding on my door at 7:30 8 o’clock in the morning, I never once gave the news a statement, I was too distraught so my cousins would always tell them to go away. Then I had a lot of lawyers waiting in front of my house because they wanted my business, I also had a couple of shady characters trying to get me to hire them to represent my brothers case, when I say shady I mean they were trying to do anything and everything to get me to hire them. At this point I did not know what to do so I started researching lawyers and Brian’s name came up. His name came up actually several times with 100% success rate. I finally met with Brian and my family was telling me that I should meet with at least three more lawyers to get a second and third opinion. At this time I really didn’t feel like meeting with different lawyers I just didn’t have the energy I felt so drained from everything. After I met with Brian my cousins and I went to go have some Pho, and on the fortune cookie that I got it said your first choice will be the wisest to follow at this time. After that fortune cookie I knew that Brian was my first choice and he was the wisest choice. So I highly recommend Brian he’s one of the best trial lawyers around or to me is the best! 2 1/2 years later it was bittersweet but my brothers case was finally settled and Brian did an amazing job even though there’s no amount of money that can bring my brother back, Brian made sure that I got the max amount. Brian Breiter is an awesome lawyer and a really great guy. I was a pedestrian crushed between two cars and suffered a severe injury. I called Brian up, and he came to see me in the hospital shortly after I had my accident. I was hurt really bad and he assured me that in time I'd be ok. Many years ago, when Brian Brieter was in Law School, a mutual acquaintance of ours commented that Brian was going to be a great Lawyer. The person making the comment was a prominent member of our community who knew lawyers. I saw the person making the comment recently and reminded him of what he had said about Brian back in the day. We both are really impressed about Brian's very successful law career and the legions of people he had helped over the years. Every time I need a lawyer I ask Brian what he thinks and he very carefully takes the time to listen and advise me. It impresses me that very often he has advised me for free. In addition, He has referred me to other lawyers because it was away from his area of expertise. Brian very clearly lays out a road map and strategy with different alternatives, makes sure to put you at ease and assure you that things will be alright. Brian is tenacious, bright, thoughtful and a great communicator. He has an uncanny ability to keep things light with his sense of humor yet he is very serious about achieving his clients goals! I am not easily impressed, but I highly recommend Brian Brieter to anyone needing legal advice!

I have worked closely with Brian and his fellow lawyers. They do amazing work and have helped my patients get compensated for their injuries. I take emergency room call and have many trauma patients who ask for a referral to a lawyer to help them. I work with many lawyers because of my work at level 1 trauma centers, and they are by far the best. Patient reported settlement and jury awarded results that are significantly higher. Recently, I also had a patient get injured and had a grossly disfigured nose. I was driving on my way to work last June when a ride sharing service car cut me off trying to make a right turn from the middle lane, struck my car and ultimately ending up pushing me into another vehicle. In October of 2013, I was crossing the street near my own home in LA when I was hit by an SUV. Nothing can prepare you for something like that. The is no step by step guide for what to do next. All I knew is I needed help. I needed someone to help me go through this as the car that hit me did not call for help and did not report what happened. The driver also did not give me any information other than a name and phone number which went straight to voicemail every time I tried calling. I was clearly hurt, I was limping and falling and since no one arrived at the scene when I was hurt, I was basically advocating for myself, which I found out, is VERY difficult to do after such a traumatic event. Brian is a great lawyer. A few years ago I was on my way to standup gig a benefit for the AA club in Orange. While en route through Cypress I was a victim of a hit and run drunk driver, the irony is not lost on me. My car was totaled and I was left unconscious, injured and in need of medical attention.
