Starting from the beginning that I had an appointment with the attorney Parastoo Majd for my case, her whole team of staff took the case professionally and seriously the whole time and efficiency. With being careful with what was needed the whole time to make the progress smoothly and the fastest way it could be done for my case. First I would like to say she is good at what she does. An absolute great attorney. My case has been open 2 years but I was looking for my child for 3 years to serve the mother and get the case started. In the 5 years I have had 5 attorneys and she has been the best. Although she is good we had issues and she withdrew. I feel she charged me extra and took advantage because of my case and the circumstances. She worked for 1 month and threaten to withdraw 20 times. Instead of fighting with me to make sure my daughter had an active father in her life she spent the whole time fighting with me. I hired her and she spoke to me like I worked for her or she hired me. She filed great motions that were very important in my case but she drained my retainer, made it clear she did not like me, and she continued to charge me even though she did not want to work with me. If you are in a high conflict custody battle this is not the lawyer for you. She is very good and by the book but she will turn on you and make things ten times more difficult. I do not appreciate how she took advantage of me and how she withdrew and disrespected my child. This lawyer could care less about the child only cares about the money. I guess that’s the world we live in. I hope my review helps someone I am not saying this is a bad attorney just was bad for me I was arguing with her a month straight after she was paid to work for me. Absolute nightmare .
