A family member had a medical emergency during a surgical procedure which caused great emotional distress. Very unprofessional and condescending admin answering their phones. Sarcastic and impolite. This place is clearly in the same vein as Better Call Saul, but without any edge. I wouldn't give them a dollar based on how unprofessional they are and unwilling to help. Good luck trying to ask for help or expecting it.
