I found Francia to be extremely knowledgeable about the law and my exposure within my contract. She was very aware of all deadlines and needing to receive all paperwork with time to review & always kept me reviewed before & after deadlines were met. Francia listened & allowed me to vent & complain constantly because Family Law can be tough on a spouse & seem unfair. She always reminded me of the positives of my case & focused on settlements that were in my best interest, with lower legal billings. She communicated well with opposing council and was always quite professional. I was happy with my result and to have finality to the legal contract I was tied to for years. Francia suggested the mediation process and I found her to be at ease explaining to the mediator our issues & concerns but yet very strong & determined to win.
