Talk about unprofessional.... the male representative who picked up my call said I could not talk to the attorney that I would have to talk to him first. I asked ok what would you like to know . His reply "I don't know you tell me " Unprofessional and rude I called back to A representative named crystal she really made me give the firm a second chance with quality customer service she is very fast and explains everything to you in depth. Well I'm stil hurting from both of knees n my left ankle I can't walk a lot cause my knees n ankle start hurting n worst of all I still have my tooth ache cause that day they said they didn't have a Dentist so I didnt even saw a Dentist please help me, since May -25-2022 I had only text like 11 times with my lawyer the last time was October 6-2022 he said he was gonna negotiate with the insurance up to now I have not heard nothing from him I been texting your office n no one text me not ones did I talk to the lawyer all he did was text n all the proof they wanted was by text I ask my self why did he want my insurance card I have Medicaid don't tell me he is gonna charge my insurance n he is gonna stay with all the money he can get I have never did this with Rubanstien we met in person with the paralegal n the lawyer never by text , I don't think this is real there playing with me I have no case with your company it's so weird I never met no one not even by phone only text with the other company I was with they never ask for my insurance card n they never text always talk on the phone or in person all this is not right I know it's all fake I have no case I lost everything n my insurance got charge for everything I will report this it's not gonna stay like this Maria Beltran, n if I'm wrong you have to understand this looks weird cause only by text nothing in person or by phone I have never done this just texting so it's not fault if I'm wrong , why haven't I heard from my lawyer it already November 22-2022 n I haven't heard nothing like said I text the office 3 times n no one text back
