Tyson J. Kutner, Esq. was the attorney who attended me on our first consultation meeting. At that time, he thoroughly explained to me that all cases are different in terms of injuries, diagnosis, medical treatments and thus, there's no cookie cutter approach. I asked several questions which he assured me were valid and very important. I also asked him for a hypothetical "ballpark" compensation figure, to which he frankly and sagely replied that he could not give me an answer based on the facts involved in the case and the above explanations. He also advised me to be patient, follow my team's advice and that he would fight for my rights and the best possible outcome for my case. After nine months of legal counsel, I am pleased to report that I am very grateful for the final settlement that he was able to obtain, which I find to be most fair and just. I don't have enough words to describe Tyson J. Kutner's savvy, professionalism, enthusiasm and special care he demonstrated from the beginning to this wonderful ending in my case.
