This review is for Heather MacDougall. She booked an appointment 9 months ago leaving a horrible review on a service she never received in San Diego ca as a as hair stylist. Her horrible review should reflect the type of person she has as she never received a service by me. Her issue was that she didn’t get the correct address which is incorrect because the booking system shows she’s received a text and email notification. Judge Farina was outstanding - this commercial dispute was more like a family law matter given the histories and dynamics of the parties and he got the parties to a resolution after a long day in which the parties started off very far apart in their positions, understanding of their claims, etc. Great job.
