My wife and I are so thrilled to have found Iara Morton to be our counsel. I had a complicated past immigration history and had gone to other lawyers and no one wanted to take my case till we were recommended to see Ms. Morton. Dra Iara found it complex but said “we can do it”! And she made it happen! After having another immigration lawyer who hardly gave me any attention, I finally found Iara Morton! Through her I’ve been able to obtain another extension of my Stay of Removal (when ERO had said— No more!). And then I got my PERM/Labor Cert approved, and after that she got my I140 approved and both of my waivers, I212 and I601A are already approved. I’m now in the final consular phase. Miss Morton’s competence is as high as they come and her dedication and personalized attention I’ve never seen before. We’ve been dealing with very serious health problems in my family and Miss Morton has done a lot of work for which she has not charged me. She is a lawyer with a deep conscience and an immense heart. She’s been blessing my life greatly and I thank God for that! Awesome lawyer and great team of dedicated people.
