I cannot stress enough the importance of having a great accountant and attorney in one, especially for one's business needs. Alvaro is IT! He was able to bail my business out not only from one but two audits for my business in just one year! Audits are stressful and unpleasant, and Alvaro managed to make things so "smooth sailing." Let me just first say first Alvaro is the most honest and professional attorney I have ever met. Having dealt with many other attorneys in Miami, that is a huge compliment coming from me. I way was referred to Alvaro by a friend when the IRS came knocking at the door looking to collect Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars and with agents ready to perform a "Comprehensive Audit" of any and all my business and personal finances.
