I called the office to inquire on a case and I was immediately assisted by Amanda. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I was happy to have been helped so quickly because I was on hold for a long time when I called a different firm. Even though they don’t take my type of case, she was able to provide me with the Florida bar number to find an attorney.

I called the firm to get more information on possible a medical malpractice that happened to me when I was younger and has given me complications as an adult. Amanda was very informative and helpful. This office has great customer service. Even with a high call volume, they attend you quickly and efficiently. Amanda from the front desk was especially nice. She made sure to call me right back after our call dropped so I wouldn’t get stuck on hold.
