I am coming on this platform to share a wonderful experience that I have encountered with this unique law firm. Since day one, I was handled with exceptional care and professionalism. My overall encounters with the Todd Rosen group were second to none, absolutely a white globe service. This group of highly functioning legal professionals went out of their way to provide me with a SIX STAR customer experience. More specifically, through out the entire process one of the attorneys at this company continued to amaze me. His name is Carlos Dominguez. This individual made it his mission to provide me with a level of customer service that you cannot even find at American Express. Going forward I will be contacting this top tier establishment any time that I need legal professional work done on my behalf. On top of that, I am going to be sending all of my friends and family to visit them. I do not recommend! I won't speak for all the staff, but never do business with Mark. He politely smiled at me at our meeting, sent me an agreement to sign, but did not begin to deal with my case. He never called me, never answered my calls and messages for a month. I thought professionals worked in this company, but I was very disappointed. It is bad that managers do not control their employees. I will go to another good company. I do not recommend this company!!!

Very professional law service, attorney, and staff. Communication was outstanding. I always knew exactly what was happening in my case and received constant reminders and notifications of meetings, phone calls, etc. Todd Rosen is absolutely one of the nicest people you will ever meet however, I was thankful he was my attorney and not the attorney for the other side. With an ailing body and no idea what to do after an accident, Mr. Rosen and his team was a much needed and appreciated beacon during rough seas. Their expertise, professionalism and empathy made the entire ordeal feel easy all things considered. Yafah and Diana always made talking to them a breeze. They listen. Yafah made sure to take down the facts and that I was seeing the right doctors. Diana made sure I made my appointments on time on my schedule. Geila made sure I was set up for the correct appointments with the correct people on the legal side. A great team makes a great leader and this leader has an amazing one.
