I give Ronald Kauffman a great review because he is a great lawyer and friend. He has also became part of my family, because when a person needs a lawyer, that person will never imagine that he is going to get so involved in the case and the problem. Ronald in addition to being an incredible professional, he comes to feel your situation as if it was his. When Ronald is representing you, although your problem is huge, there is a moment you turn to look back at it and realize that you are with the best of the best! Also, despite having a huge client list and a lot of cases, he answers you so quickly that it seems that your are his priority. His intelligence is brutal and his integrity and commitment is amazing! On July 2019, I was injured in a car accident at Pembroke Pines, FL An acquaintance recommended that for legal counsel I should approach Goldberg and Rosen PA a Miami,FL law firm that not only is staffed by some of the best attorneys, but additionally, four of them have been selected to the Super Lawyers or Rising Stars lists. Tyson J. Kutner, Esq. was the attorney who attended me on our first consultation meeting. At that time, he thoroughly explained to me that all cases are different in terms of injuries, diagnosis, medical treatments and thus, there's no cookie cutter approach. I asked several questions which he assured me were valid and very important. I also asked him for a hypothetical "ballpark" compensation figure, to which he frankly and sagely replied that he could not give me an answer based on the facts involved in the case and the above explanations. He also advised me to be patient, follow my team's advice and that he would fight for my rights and the best possible outcome for my case. After nine months of legal counsel, I am pleased to report that I am very grateful for the final settlement that he was able to obtain, which I find to be most fair and just. I don't have enough words to describe Tyson J. Kutner's savvy, professionalism, enthusiasm and special care he demonstrated from the beginning to this wonderful ending in my case.
