Receptionist can be unprofessional and unresponsive
“I spoke to a receptionist that was extremely dry, uninterested like if I was disturbing her, with a strange name that, despite of not understanding her name twice, she would still say it very quickly and not care to spell her name to make it easier for me to understand.”

Lack of timely communication and follow-up
“I didn't hear from her the same day and even less the next day when I called again at 3:00pm and spoke to the same dryness from before, who told me that Mrs. Ghazal was going to call me a little later. Again... I heard nothing from anyone. Nor even a courtesy call to let me know that for some reason she couldn't call me.”
