I was hurt on vacation in Miami, and I hired Stuart to sue my hotel. The hotel had tons of money and fought my case. My case costs were $13K, and I worried we wouldn't be able to go on. Stuart told me not to worry --he had all the money he needed to fight them, and if he lost, he could easily stand the financial hit. We kept on, and we got a very fair settlement. A lawyer who handles cases must be able and willing to do whatever it takes, and have guts. Stuart has these, and got me a great result.

Stuart missed two weeks in the office because of a death in his family, and a health scare he had himself. Despite that, when I called in to see how my case was going, he was always available to consult with me, and his staff answered all my questions. This type of dedication to the practice of law is not often seen today, but Stuart shows it, and he is my attorney.

Years ago, I learned that the only great lawyers are those who prepare. Stuart gets into his office at 7 every morning, and stays until 8 at night. He takes files home weekends. As a result, he knows his files well -- never makes a move on any one of them without thinking it through. He handled my case that way, and got me $500,000 when my case was worth less than half that. It is great to have met a professional who takes such clear pride in his practice.

My Dad went for cararect surgery and the doctor messed up. Stuart sued him and his hospital and got a nice settlement -- now we can care for my dad the right way. He was excellent.

The handling of any case requires the lawyer and his staff contstantly stay on top of every detail in the case, and keep the client informed. Stuart does this very competently, and his staff calls me on a regular basis to let me know the status of my case. I sleep great at night knowing he may not -- since he is awake, worrying about my case.

The lawyer I first hired doesn't go to court, and when the insurance company hard nosed us, he referred me to Stuart. Stuart prepared my case for trial, and the company blinked and settled at mediation for what the case was worth. I was very satisfied.

I had a case where the doctor missed a cancer I have. Stuart handled the case for years. I wanted to go to trial, but he explained that since I got well, the jury would not give me lots of money. My family told me to go to trial and get millions, but they're not lawyers -- they are fools. I am glad I listened to Stuart.
