I had a federal case that came out of California, and weeks before I arrived for the arraignment, he had already arranged the bond and a flight home. I was originally looking at 5 yrs. in Prison but Mr. Lehr got me 18 months, and the only reason I did any time was because of a previous charge which they used against me that was 9 years old. There was nothing Mr. Lehr could do about that. Mr. Lehr gives you the personal touch, he makes you feel as if you are his only client. I highly recommend him.

I was the target of a Federal investigation almost 5 years ago. I was facing a federal prison term of up to 56 months. I was fortunate to have hired Bruce Lehr. I was facing trumped up federal accusations without formal charges and was referred to Bruce. He was compassionate and gave sage advice. bruce lehr represented me on 4 federal conspiracy counts the government had me listed as head of the indictment listed as the master mind everyone told me i should just cop out because nobody beats the feds and they have a 98 percent conviction rate esp on conspiracy charges i had 2 cooperating co defendants who testified against me at trial and 3 DEA agents the government had a 2000 page discovery against me bruce answered all my phone calls from jail and visited me regularly to keep me up to speed on what was going on bruce did an excellent job helping me with jury selection and he out shined the prosecutor during trial had the jury smiling and entertained bruce made a excellent closing argument and the jury deliberated for 6 hrs and came back with a not guilty verdict on all 4 counts bruce is an excellent trial attorney and i would like to say thank you again for representing me
