As a family based in the UK it was reassuring to deal with a professional outfit when dealing with a personal injury case. Many other firms wouldn't entertain the fact that we weren't based in Florida. Andrew was proficient in all aspects of the case and through ongoing negotiation with the perpetrating company gained some form of compensation (The company had offered zero when I attempted to claim directly).
