I always knew about this firm and all the areas they specialize in...class actions, recalls, data breaches, accidents, spam communications, etc. I'm always getting bombarded with spam texts, robo calls, and all that garbage, so I figured let's give it a shot. Some of the spam texts weren't even legitimate numbers or companies, so those have no viability, but there were 3 groups of texts from 3 legitimate companies, all of which were in violation. The firm took on all 3 cases, the first of which initiated about 6 months ago...I forgot all about it LOL. Today they called me to let me know that a $1500 check is being mailed out to me - free money! I called back to see if they could just wire into my bank account, they said sure, and 4 hours later the money was in my account. My total time investment, between phone calls, signing documents, and uploading screenshots, was maybe 60 to 90 minutes...well worth it! They maintained good communication throughout, they answer the phones when you call...definitely a solid organization. If you get bombarded with spam like I do, keep sending them the info, screenshots, etc. Some won't qualify, but some will, and thats when they'll call/email to let you know they have docs for you to sign. Be detailed, get them all the info they need quickly, and then forget about it and go about your life, because it takes time. Don't call them every week for updates...leave them alone, let them do their jobs, and forget about it. Once you have multiple cases in the pipeline, its a good bet you'll get that same money call one day that I did.
