Was faced with a 2nd degree felony charge. - Dustin put me at ease right from the beginning, at first I was thinking perhaps over confident - but his experience as a former Miami/Dade prosecutor as well as his experience "knowing" the Judge AND the DA came to light very quickly, and his confidence was easily justified. - Dustin actually returns calls and emails *timely* - often same day - email can be returned even at 11:00pm same day. - He is even available by Cel phone. - all this is TOTALLY UNHEARD OF with most attorneys. Dustin is one of the few where "Honest, fair and *attorney*" can appear in same phrase - in addition to Competent, innovative, resourceful, experienced, knowledgeable ... just to name a few is an understatement. (btw - all charges dropped at arraignment by the DA).

Dustin is an amazing attorney. He was very compassionate towards my son’s case from the initial consultation. He guided us, and gave insightful advice in helping him overcome the issues he was going through. My child was going to face time in prison, and he fought to get him another outcome. To say I am thankful for him saving my son’s future is an understatement. He is a very kind attorney and I recommend him to anybody who is considering hiring him.

Dustin did such an amazing job with my sons case. He was always present in court even when times I was unable to attend. He kept me updated every step of the way. Hey all,,, just wanted to let you know that Mr. Tischler is a real deal defense attorney ... I had a really bad night out on the town one night with some friends... I did some really dumb things that I'm not really accustomed to doing (i.e. Fighting, distruction of property, etc) . Well when I woke up in the morning in an orange jump suit I knew I would need a lawyer... I got referred to Mr Tischler by a solid upstanding friend so I knew I could trust Mr Tischler ...
