The woman who answered the phone immediately asked if my tickets were criminal. I advised I wasn’t aware of that information. She did advise me to go on the Clerk Of Courts or go down there and find out if the information is criminal. She told me if anything, that I could go online and just look up the information then call them back. I asked if I could provide her with my license number just as I did with the previous attorneys to gain assistance. Her reply was “no”. I am confused. Are you all not here to assist? It’s ok. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Thank you.
