I used Fausto for two real-estate investments properties, commercial lease negations and assistance with current commercial landlords for my businesses. Fausto has always been able to achieve the desired result with everything I have given him. One of my investment properties in Miami had a lien on it that was very difficult to find and became a lengthy issue and is a long story, but he won my business off of resolving that issue. Attorney Fausto Rosales and his entire group greatly exceeded our expectations. As landlords, they managed our eviction case wonderfully. They were tireless and performed always as promised.
