Impresionante la manera en que esta gente logra darle vueltas a tu caso, 100 dls por consulta, ok perfecto, tomar el tiempo de preguntar lo correspondiente a mi caso, estar de acuerdo con el costo de 6mil dolares basado en que si teníamos problemas con migración (corte) ellos nos respaldarían, jamas pense que los 6mil dolares mas los costos de inmigración mas los costos de traducir documentos fuera solamente por enviar mi ajuste de estatus(de mi esposo) Esta gente con licencia para robar y sus asistentes, desde un principio se les contrato solo si teníamos que ir a corte de inmigración, al menos eso discutí con los asistentes que fueron dos con que hable al principio, jamas con ninguna abogada. Ahora que se llega el momento de ir a corte el 19 de Diciembre me dicen con urgencia que hay que pagar 2500 para que ellos puedan enviar una moción. Claro que puedo pagarles, pero que eso no fue la razón que te contrate? Al preguntar y quejarme lo único que recibí fue la prepotente llamada de una abogada que ni el nombre le entendí y ahora dice que va a cerrar mi caso… Bueno ps tocara gastar mas dinero por el gusto de reportarlos por la mala información que proviene de sus empleados espero paralegales o solamente secretarias quien sabe a este punto que empleado me atendió. Tomando en cuenta que yo pague 6mil dolares por una estúpida aplicación 485 y que tardaron casi 10 meses en entrarla, y que ahora pidan 2500 dolares mas y me amenazas que vas a cerrar mi casi porque eso es lo que yo quiero? No señora abogada de la firma Santana-Rodriguez, usted va a cerrar mi caso porque yo no quise pagar 2500 dls mas y ud solo llamo con su prepotencia por eso la mande a callar, ud no debe cerrar el caso por algo que ya esta pagado. Si yo no quiero enviar ese motion se queda el caso así hasta diciembre y punto ud PUSO PALABRAS EN MI BOCA DIJO UD ENVIARIA UNA CARTA PARA CERRAR EL CASO PORQUE ESO ES LO QUE YO QUIERO. CUIDADO CON ESTOS LOBOS VESTIDOS DE OVEJAS!!! Después que te pague me quieres cancelar el caso… pq ignoraron mi request antes de entrar mi caso cuando ya no los quería como abogados, pq entonces no me cancelaste? Tengo cada correo electrónico desde un principio por eso jamas me gusta hablar por teléfono para tener en escrito, y ahora como muestro su prepotencia abogada, segun la abogada Bianca llamarían a explicar nose que cosa del pq tenemos que ir a corte representados y la que llamo no hizo nada de eso. Repeated incidents, no ma’m you got the ugly outta me that day with your condescending way to talk, you were already done with us for asking to verified what you had told us the 6000 fee covered. All for questioning the bad information we received from your paralegal. You lawyers are used to people don’t defending themselves. You and your team can say whatever! I wasn’t looking to win with you like I told Sandra before.
