Best lawyer ever, period!! When I was with no hope, Elina and her team were there for me. Very responsible and professional, honest.

Initially, I was impressed by their customer service, but unfortunately, my experience went downhill after I signed the contract. Although I received all the necessary contracts and documents to get started, I found that there was a lack of communication and assistance from the firm once I began working on my case. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email, I did not receive timely responses and had to follow up multiple times to get a reply. I understand that communication can sometimes be challenging, but it was frustrating to not receive an update for several weeks. ***Update*** After some back and forth, they finally listened to what I had to say and I was assigned someone else for my case. While it was frustrating, they resolved what needed to be resolved and in matter of days everything was fixed. I appreciate Yoana’s help, and everything she did. I’m waiting for some things to be resolved, and if they are, I will bring my rating up again.

Although I only required a short consultation, Ms. Santana provided me with all the information I needed to make an educated and confident decision. Honestamente yo creo que las opiniones positivas son mentira, a mi solo me robaron! Los contraté para asilo político y lograron sacarme 2000 dlls. Llame muchas veces para saber que estaba pasando por que solo me decían que estaban trabajando en mi caso. En 3 meses no recibí ni una noticia de nada! Cuando decidí terminar el contrato y cancelar el servicio les pedí que me regresaran el dinero que no se había utilizado, solo me regresaron 49 dlls!! Yo solo hablé con una persona trabajadora de ustedes por solamente una hora al principio que inicie el caso con ustedes, jamas me contestaron mis llamadas , contestaban y me decían que más tarde me regraban la llamada y eso jamas paso. En el reporte que me enviaron, cada llamada que hice , que jamas me contestaron me la cobraron en $250!!! Por Dios! Tengan un poco vergüenza!! Ustedes no me contestaron y aún así me cobraron ! No contraten a esta bola de ladrones!!
